We measured the fills and realized they truly contain 58 ml and 18 ml respectively, and raised prices commensurate with the cost per ml to create (— truth be told, there is actually a slight discount this way!).

Keep in mind that natural isolates are typically much more expensive than standard petro-derived aroma chemicals, and yet — observe how much CHEAPER they **STILL ARE** compared to the other genuine, high-end materials that comprise fragrances.

In addition to well-documented health and environmental concerns, conventional lab-synthesized fragrance is one of the biggest rackets the world has ever seen, in terms of value stripped from the uneducated consumer.
Each vial is so tiny that small variations CAN make a noticeable difference in how full they appear.
Modifiers include glass thickness, how long the straw is in that particular bottle, and how much liquid was taken into the straw and pumping mechanism when the cap was crimped onto the bottle.
The bottles are machine-filled to a high degree of accuracy; though the obvious variance concerned us initially as well.
We measured different fill levels on a gram scale and found sometimes vials that looked like they had less, actually weighed more!
And upon reviewing 3rd party fill levels from samples procured for market research, we did find very similar high variance levels in all received, so apparently it is a normal occurrence.
It is more obvious with ‘s because we have such richly colored juice, and because the samples themselves are so petite.

International laws and regulations for shipping alcohol-based perfume are difficult to navigate, and the likelihood of high tariffs and taxes being levied against our customers would likely be very upsetting to them.
We recommend having your package sent to an American friend who is willing to forward it along as a gift, preferably alongside (buried beneath) other goods, packaged so it would be annoying for a customs person to open (lots and lots of tape).
If it is marked “perfume” on paperwork, it will usually be flagged.

Unfortunately — like most niche perfume houses — we cannot accept returns, since once a fragrance has been sprayed it no longer matches the advertised volume, and bottles are crimped shut to prevent leakage.

It pairs beautifully with Son of Apollo and Asclepius, for those in pursuit of healing and personal alchemical transformation.
It would be fascinating to experiment with Sky Lights’ effect on Lunar series, to see if the natural solar wavelengths feed their charge (as the Sun’s light nightly fills the actual Moon). These will likely be explored in Sphere + Sundry’s Client Community, where discussions of fragrance are very much welcome.
LOTUS EATERS is a natural fit for Venus in Taurus, and any other Venus series, including Her sign of exaltation in Pisces and other rulership, Libra.
I am equally curious what people’s experience will be of pairing Lotus Eaters (and other naturally sympathetic Venusian fragrances) with Saturn in Aquarius or Capricorn, to see if it provides experiences resonant with Saturn’s exaltation in Libra. Especially since the earliest Talismanic Materia for that placement could be produced is not until 2040.
Lotus also features in Moon in Taurus and Luna in Cancer series.
TO LOVE AND BE LOVED is a cozy and connective, ideally suited to pairing with Exalted Luna, or any other Lunar, Venusian, or even Jupiterian series, such as Butter Ocean or forthcoming Jupiter in Cancer releases.
